A Service Built Around You

At Dent Busters UK, we’ve designed our 6-stage process to be straightforward, efficient, and convenient.

From initial enquiry to completed repair, everything is handled with clear communication and minimal disruption to your day.

Our focus is on quality and consistency, offering a level of service that reflects the standard of our work rather than competing on price alone.

Step 1 – Send Us a Video

The quickest way to get started is by sending us a video of the damage via WhatsApp, iMessage or email.

Please include:

  • A clear video of the dent from multiple angles
  • Your vehicle make and model (or a quick video of the rear of the car)
  • Your postcode

This allows us to assess the damage accurately and determine whether paintless dent repair (PDR) is suitable.

Step 2 – Assessment & Quote

Once we receive your video, we will review the damage and provide:

  • A clear quotation
  • Honest advice on whether PDR is the right solution
  • An estimated repair time

If additional information is required, we will guide you through exactly what we need.

Step 3 – Booking Your Repair

Once you’re happy to proceed, we will send you are booking link with our available dates.

  • You can select a preferred day
  • A 2-hour arrival window will be provided the day before
  • We will contact you approximately 30 minutes before arrival

Step 4 – We Come to You

Our mobile service allows us to carry out dent repair at your home or workplace.

To complete the repair, we require:

  • Around 2 metres of space around the damaged area
  • Safe working conditions
  • Suitable weather (extreme conditions may require rescheduling)

For more complex repairs, we may recommend completing the work at our workshop location to achieve the best possible result.

Step 5 – Professional Paintless Dent Repair

Using specialist tools and techniques, we carefully remove the dent while preserving your vehicle’s original paintwork.

Most repairs are completed within 1–2 hours, although more complex damage may take longer.

Step 6 – Final Checks & Completion

Once the repair is complete:

  • The work is checked thoroughly
  • We ensure the result meets our standards
  • You also have the opportunity to inspect the repair

We only consider the job complete when you are satisfied with the result.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Late cancellations may be subject to a small fee.
